Bad business dishonest experiance bought a EV from this place was told it was in great shape brand new even and would last over 300k miles in this condition! 2 weeks later battery goes to crap! He has a warrenty and lived up to it but he lied on what he said he would do and replaced my battery with a 98k miles battery when he said he was gonna install one that had around 40k miles! Bought a rebuilt 2025 model y. Guillermo was easy to work with, honest and explained everything clearly. Would reccomend and would gladly do business with him again!
I can't imagine a better shop to work with than Guillermo's. This was the easiest vehicle purchase process we've ever had, and it was evident how much they care about every car that comes through, repair or otherwise. Great work, great people.
EV Rides stand by their warranty! Guerrmo was great, but a battery cell went bad shortly after I bought the car (everyone's worst nightmare) But they replaced it for free, and I've been driving it for about 6 months, and the new battery has held up great! I'm getting ~150 MI reliably, And I can squeeze closer to 160 if I drive slow and range max (including shots of my odometer so you can see) The car itself is really nice too, these Nissan leafs and are in such great shape when their battery is wasted, glad companies like th... read more
***** UPDATE ***** BUYER BEWARE ***** The refurbished battery that was put into the car started to have problems with bad battery cells. The low battery charge warning would come on and the car would go into “turtle mode”. We contacted EV Rides, and they look the car to fix it, because it was still under the warranty. However, after a month they returned the car to us but the problem was not fixed and the same issue persists.
