I called Eric close to closing time on a Friday evening after working on my Prius and not being able to figure out where I went wrong. Not only did he pick up, he pretty much walked me step by step through all of my issues and answered all of the questions I had. He also sent me a very detailed guide and said to follow that and all would be good. I did what he suggested and it all worked out.
