I called Eric close to closing time on a Friday evening after working on my Prius and not being able to figure out where I went wrong. Not only did he pick up, he pretty much walked me step by step through all of my issues and answered all of the questions I had. He also sent me a very detailed guide and said to follow that and all would be good. I did what he suggested and it all worked out. This shop is incredibly informative and honest. I had a dilemma with a 2015 Leaf and only this shop could break it down for me and advise me correctly. Though the car could not be repaired due to market value and lack of availability of batteries, I look forward to returning when battery costs have decreased.
