Absolutely horrendous experience. I was blatantly misled by the owner about the effectiveness of their laser hair removal. I asked if it would actually reduce how often I’d need to shave, and she assured me “definitely yes,” maybe every 3–4 weeks. That was a flat-out lie. I got about 3 days of smoothness, no better than shaving myself.
