Once again, Eustina at Goodman-Campbell was very helpful. Well I'm going to be honest* I'm in my need of Surgery on my spine , L4 L5 And I currently live in my car, I'm not able to take care of myself this way, need to Go to aftercare program to get better after surgery, I've been asking if I could Go to a facility of my choice before the surgery, but I haven't been informed about it yet from the Surgeon, Dr Shaw needs to be informed about this,
