The place itself is a good place, the intake nurses and the psychiatrists are very kind, however the check in nurses are very rude. They make me not want to come back. I have to met a check in person who was kind, they talk to us in a very rude way, it feels they could careless about it, it makes me uncomfortable and like I shouldn’t come back.
Great place finally getting the help I needed with great service and amazing professionalism always making sure before I leave I am taken care of with a smile
The staff seem better at the new location. I got a psych questionnaire as a form of “help” and the psychiatrist filled it out herself and a LOT of the information is incorrect?? Other issues include: excess paperwork when initiating service, the loop holes with getting treatment quickly, & the fees and hidden complications when trying to get service. 10/10 do NOT recommend. Choose somewhere else. Trust me. Dr. Alone Jain worst patient care - bedside manner - not even close to a "top doctor" I was referred to this facility by my primary to seek out assistance with official ADHD diagnosis and to obtain a healthy treatment plan. Everything went fine until after my diagnosis they started me on a medicine that on week 2 of taking was giving me extreme side effects that impaired my daily function even more instead of improve it.
