Jason seed is the man and the entire staff is the bomb especially Shamia Green!!! Highly recommend! Toya is the best one for sure!
We love Eustasis and the entire team at the Rogers location. I have a daughter with severe autism, one with severe PTSD and anxiety, one with severe mental health issues, and one low needs, this team does EVERYTHING to make sure my kids and myself are comfortable and taken care of. Jason Seed is our normal provider and we adore him. Thank you Eustasis for all y'all do!
Very Unprofessional! Lady at the front desk has an attitude and is the opposite of welcoming. The reviews made me weary already, and just being there for 10min - I could see why. Go somewhere else.
So I had my first appointment today, I was skeptical due to the negative comments. The front desk was helpful and patient, the intake was nice and listened to me and let me talk without talking over me, the Prescriber that worked with me, age was pleasant ,very intuitive and not condescending. I don't know what happened to the others but they deserve way better than a 2 . I'll give y'all 4 stars this week. Thank you all for being kind and patient with me...
The providers are likely more times than not going to forget to prescribe or change your medications. when they say they're going to send them to your pharmacy you'll be lucky if it's done same day or at all. Not to mention the fact that the nurse will have a bad attitude and tell you "well that's not how it works but okay I'll ask her" if you call trying to get your meds sent over as if you'd never had an appointment in the first place.
