I regret signing a lease at this complex and would never do it again. The property is dirty — trash chutes are filthy, and garbage is often left in the parking lot and around the buildings. The dog parks are disgusting, always full of uncollected poop as well as around the neighborhood. The community is constantly noisy, with kids running around and people smoking weed outside their balconies. BEWARE OF RENTING HERE! They rob cars and I think management might be in it as well because they do not care at all what is happening to their tenants! They stated they would fix the fence in 2 weeks after the incident with another tenant happened and its now been 2 months and nothing, still broken. We were very excited about the opportunity to move to Eurus. Unfortunately, the management team treated us worse than a used car salesman. 1) At the original model home viewing, we told them we have a Tesla, and wanted an apartment close to the chargers. Unfortunately, we didn’t find out that there was an additional charge of over $150/month to use the chargers.
