This has been my home for the last almost 3 years. I just transferred to a larger unit. It is a beautiful community and both the leasing and maintenance staff are very kind and accommodating. Any maintenance issues are handled promptly and the leasing staff made the transfer process as easy as possible. They were flexible and understanding. It’s a safe community with nice amenities and some of the nicest apartments in Miramar. I looked at several before deciding to make this my home. Stopped in to tour the property and Silvia the property manager was amazing, she showed me around and answered all my questions. Loved the property. Looking forward to this being my new home in the future.
My sister and I have been part of the Eurus community since its very first year on the market in 2021. From then until now, our experience has been consistently positive. We are especially grateful for Sylvia, the property manager — she is truly a delight to work with. If something can be done, Sylvia makes sure it gets done, and her office team reflects the same professionalism and warmth.
