These people are so incredibly rude, unprofessional and untrustworthy. My husband and I went with Eurowise because we were told our swap would be done in a month or less and it's going on 4 months that they have had our R32 swap for our Mk1. We have called everyday, messaged Mike directly with him telling us he'll get back to us by the end of the day which he never did! Would like to give a personal shoutout to Dillon! He helped me get me the paper gasket for my 1.8t coolant flange when the other vendor I ordered from had been ignoring me for 2 months. Wish I would've ordered from you guys from the beginning but glad you guys were able to come thru now! 10/5 will be recommending you guys to other VAG owners.
This is the only place I have taken either of my beetles since they opened. Knowledgable and friendly staff that always have time for their customers. Charlotte is lucky to have such a business.
