Wish I could give 0 stars. Tom had my car for months, wasting my time and money when I could have sent it to a reputable shop. He lied and said he completed work that 2 other shops have confirmed was not done. Sent him money for a big head gasket job and the other shops confirmed that it was not touched.
Tom had my 1984 500 SEL Mercedes for 2 months or more and did NOT repair my car. I paid 2,000 dollars and he told me the car's rear suspension was repaired. He also told me that he repaired the air conditioner but that was not a true statement either. I tried calling multiple times but he will not return my calls. If you go there, be prepared to be ripped off!! Lots of excuses, talk and NO action. Probably using my cash to fix his 80 acre property in Beaver Shores that he brags about. Tom is a car thief. If you have bought a car from him make sure the VIN matches the title. I would never trust him around a car I wanted to see again. Beware.
