Did you guys close!?!? About time!! :-) I drove 7 hours from Cleveland to buy a new Hypermoto from you in 2015 and you never send me the title. After I got Ducati N. America involved your "punk kid salesman" finally called me back to tell me that It wasn't processed because he forgot to charge me a $200+ dollar documentation fee!?!? HORRIBLE! One of my bucket list items was to own a Ducati. Bought a 2006 Sport 1000 from a friend of mine. Called in the beginning of April and was given an appointment for April 27th. I needed it serviced, inspection and an issue with the odometer. 4 weeks went by and they did nothing! Each week they told me they would get to it that week. So I buy a tee and a sweatshirt, ended up being wrong sizes, sent them back to eurosports (i will admit, a little late since it was a xmas gift and it took a while to get them from the person who i gave them too) I called to confirm package arrived after tracking showed me it did. It was confirmed. I say I just want store credit. Fast forward a few months, go to use the credit and been told they dont have a credit, they cant find the clothes, yada yada yada.
