12 years into a 50 year warranty (which they won't honour) and the roof needs to be replaced. This rubber roof product is garbage. The shingles are all cracked and disintegrating. My eaves are full of rubber crumbs. They were installed poorly as the roof shingles do not extend over the fascia boards. AWFUL SMELL THAT STAYS. September '24 update: This roof still smells the same 4+ months later, escepially on hot days, hasnt dissipated as promised at all. I dont understand how this could be an individual house problem with ventilation in the attic. There are playgrounds near us that use recycled rubber and they still smell quite strong years later.
