I visited the store to get some silicone grips replaced on the temples of the glasses I purchased at another Europtics location. Staff greeted me immediately on entry and resolved my issue with a great attitude. Made my day!
David provided very good attention. He fixed my glasses with a lens having popped out slightly, for no charge, and it really helped me out. Thanks David for your excellent customer service and good attitude. I appreciate it.
I lost a screw to my eyeglasses and my first thought was to go to my local Greenwood Village optician, Europtics, to see if it could be repaired and replaced. They could and did, at no charge, while I waited. Not only that, they tuned and adjusted my eyeglasses for a better fit. This was my first visit but not my last.The staff there are very friendly and outoing as well. Kudos and thanks !!!
David is super friendly and helpful. I took in a pair of reading glasses to have them tightened and they happily fixed them. Even though I hadn’t bought them there. I have bought glasses here in the past and they are very stylish and the service is great. So nice to have a local service that isn’t a chain.
Needed to get my frames adjusted and Angela was super helpful and quick!
