Over the last several years I have purchased multiple frames from Europtics in Encinitas and have never been disappointed. The owner, Vohn has been invaluable in guiding frame styling and fit. The same professionalism applies getting the best vision through his recommendations in lens selection. Why should my opinions carry any weight ? I have practiced optometry in Raleigh, NC for the last 48 years.. I am only visiting California each year. Vohn is worth the visit.
Excellent service from start to finish ! Von and Robin were so knowledgeable with helping me pick a frame and color ! They spent a lot of time with me and I really appreciated it ! I love my new glasses and they are a perfect fit! I will be getting another pair from this team of experts very soon ! Thank you !
I would highly recommend Europtics. They were very professional and their service was amazing.
I had my Lindberg glasses fixed and re-adjusted here, and now it wears very comfortably. The owner even noticed that the original nose pads weren’t an ideal fit and replaced them to match my nose shape. I called so many stores and this is the only one that has all the tools needed to fix my glasses and knows how to do it by heart. I learned a lot of details about Lindberg frames by talking to the owner while he's fixing it. It later became clear that the store I used to get the Lindberg frame did a number of things wrong.
