Just bought a new 2026 VW Jetta and chose Europros to do it's first oil change. AJ was prompt in getting me on the schedule at their soonest availability & was very friendly on the phone. I brought my vehicle in first thing when they opened and was greeted by friendly staff. My vehicle not only had the oil changed, but they inspected it to make sure everything was in tip top shape. Don’t know how this place how so many good reviews, called twice, no answer, texted, no reply. Obviously not too interested in new customers. Sucks because I have multiple VW/Audi’s but I don’t beg for decent customer service.
Great service very helpful guys way cheaper than going to a dealership you have a Volkswagen or Audie very much highly recommend these guys
Europros has been servicing our family's Volkswagens and Audis for well over a decade. From a TT, to a Q3, a Jetta, an ID4, and others... They are a modern shop and can handle anything. Pricing is always clear and you never get the runaround or upsells or suspicious line items. The service is friendly and prompt. We live 3 hours away now, and we're still making the drive to Europros! They're that good.
