AJ was very polite, communicated well, and was honest. As other shops have, they easily could have lied about what was wrong. We will be coming back to this shop with both our cars going forward.
Took our 2018 Q7 here for its 60k service checks - primarily coolant flush and a low coolant light. AJ was incredibly professional and enthusiastic from the start, extremely transparent over text and phone of all inspection items throughout the process. Didn’t end up getting my car fixed here but the whole experience was great! I really appreciate that AJ communicates through text. And that they have a key drop for after hours! Definitely will be recommending this place for VW owners
