Europros has been servicing our family's Volkswagens and Audis for well over a decade. From a TT, to a Q3, a Jetta, an ID4, and others... They are a modern shop and can handle anything. Pricing is always clear and you never get the runaround or upsells or suspicious line items. The service is friendly and prompt. We live 3 hours away now, and we're still making the drive to Europros! They're that good.
These guys got my car in to fix clutch issues and had it back to me in a very timely manner. Issues outside of their control were resolved fast by having parts over-nighted and AJ kept me up to date every day! Will absolutely take my car back for any other repairs and would recommend anyone with German autos to come here.

400$ for a vehicle inspection without making a comment on the tires!!!! Gave me his diagnostic report without even talking to me in person about his findings or explaining to me what the issues were. Had to go elsewhere to fix my car. Edit: the exact diagnosis I was given (in writing of course, without any verbal explanation what it truely meant) was "-02645- valves for level control system. 003-mechanical failure- intermittent. -Replace air ride air inlet line (from air box to compressor) it’s is leaking heavily. -replace d... read more
