These guys know their stuff, my Jetta is in good hands and for the first time I did not have a credit card or care credit offer shoved in my face, or got treated like I was dumb. These guys asked questions and actually tried to recreate the problem I had in order to better assess my car. They have been prompt in answering by texts which is easier some days with work schedules to communicate. They were friendly and knowledgeable and I think I have found the best new place to bring my Jetta .
I’m a very picky person when it comes to maintenance of my vehicles. Would trust this shop with any vehicle I own. Very friendly and great customer service. Always recommend this shop when someone asks me a good shop for their vw or Audi!

Went in today asking for an extra quart of DSG fluid super nice guy informed me that they unfortunately don’t sell parts separate anymore but pointed me to the right direction to get one and discussed a small issue I was having and gave me a good idea of what it could possibly be, amazing shop from what I can tell in the 10 minutes I was in there wasn’t telling me that I needed to bring it in to have it looked at or trying to upsell me since this is my first Vw euro pros you have amazing workers Thank you, you have earned my... read more
Eurorpros was able to diagnose my car with issues in a very timely manner. Chad was my main point of contact over the time my car was here in the shop. He is very clear, communicated what was needed, and was direct in routes we could go for resolving my cars issues. 5/5 recommend.
