The mechanic was rude and dismissive when I asked basic questions about the repair. No clear explanation was given and I felt rushed. Customer service really needs improvement. I won’t be returning

Warning! Took my car to have my suspension height level recalibrated and computer cleared. common issue with my vehicle on YouTube. Needed computer, told by Europort yes no prob come back in a week! Did waited three hours, car sat for 2.5. told fixed charged $170,- ok. Light on dash off but now car rear 2.5 inches higher in rear drive 1km transfer case and engine light came on (big issue!) far greater. Took it straight back explained issue.
