Xzaviera was great, as well as the receptionist.
My waxer Sarah was very nice but my actual wax unfortunately was not very thorough. A lot of hair was left behind. I’ve been getting Brazilians for a long time so that was pretty disappointing to see all the hair left behind. European would rather just have clients in and out than the waxer have time to make sure they did a good job. I don’t blame Sarah that’s just how the corporate franchise is
Stephanie does a really great job! 10/10
Stephanie is amazing every time I go to see her. Her wax technique is flawless and time goes by so fast with her. I cannot recommend her enough!
