The lady who picked up my phone call !!! Extremely rude and unprofessional operator staff. The attitude made the whole experience uncomfortable — won’t be returning. Ashley and Olivia are great !

I got waxed by Olivia and despite me only ever being waxed twice this was the best experience by far, she was super friendly, and made it a point to make sure she 100% got every single hair she possibly could, thank you! I’d have tipped 100% if I could’ve! The desk girl was super sweet too!
Shitty service. They cancel on you an hour before appointments by text message and make you reschedule at a different locations. completely unreliable. do not spend your money here.
Great service! Fast and easy just as expected. Ashley is an amazing waxer! Helped me feel at ease and as though I was hanging out with a friend. Highest recommendations for her!
