When I walked into the location on carlisle rd the receptionist was warm and inviting. She took the time to explain the process and other options that are available. Malia escorted me to the room and engaged in mild conversation, she was very professional and listened to my needs. Malia made quick work of my eyebrows, when she was finished I was pleased with the results.
