I love EWC!!! This is my second visit and Jo was awesome! She was fast, thorough and efficient!!! So glad I found out about this waxing center!!! I’ve had a bad experience with another chain wax location and was hesitant trying again but I’m glad I did! Shelby was my first visit and she was equally awesome the receptionists are also very friendly and helpful! 💕💕💕
Omg the lady who I had this last time I went was so amazing she was so sweet and very fast waxing have not been so great in the past but in west York European I had a great experience I will be coming back. Thank you lady’s 💕🫶🏻
I received a wax 8/5/2025 from Shelby. Upon going home and taking a shower wax residue was all over my vulva and inner labia. I also realized the inner labia and hair near the vulva was still there. I went back for a touch up and had it removed. It is now August 9th and my hair is growing back as if I have shaved. I want my money back. And will not return to this location, I left a review on the website but have yet to receive a response. I have been getting waxed for 5+ years off and on this has never happened before.
First real experience at a European wax center. Jenny was so kind, Informative and quick. Would def go see her again soon
