I went last week at this place and i got the horrible experience in my life 😔😔 They literally destroyed my eyebrow, this affected me a lot personally. I hate how I look because of this woman who almost erased my eyebrow.i just want to post some pictures How I want Me before And what I get 😔😔😔😔😔😔🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

I will not be returning. The techs have always done a great job but unfortunately I have dealt with the manager or owner (I’m not sure) a few times and she is very rude, unwelcoming and seems visibly annoyed anytime she has to deal with a customer or employee. A few friends have had the same experience with her.

Had a terrific experience at European Wax in Loveland. My esthetician, Natalie, was professional, friendly, and very competent. She made sure I was comfortable during the entire visit. I rebooked and intend to be a regular. I highly recommend Natalie and European Wax at Centerra in Loveland.
