I am extremely disappointed with the Sioux Falls locations lack of communication with their clients. My appointment was canceled the day of when they knew ahead they would not have a waxer for my appointment well in advance. I can not get a call back about the situation. Nor can you schedule with them because they don't seem to have waxers available. Seems like they need to be honest at this location.
Hannah was super lovely and did a phenomenal job with my eyebrows. Worth the money and I will definitely be going back
They have always been great to visit, and Sabrina is absolutely lovely and does a wonderful job!
Had an appointment at 10. Get there a few minutes early and the doors are locked in wait a few minutes thinking they just gotta open. I wait 20 minutes outside with two other girls waiting for their appointments. I'm guessing everyone walked out but at least put a sign on the door. 🥲 I just hope my girl took my number down so I can follow her to her next place of business.
Sabrina is consistently the best. So friendly and she always makes my eyebrows look amazing.
