This was my first time here so I was a bit nervous because I didn’t know what to expect. I was greeted by the front desk lady who was extremely courteous. Then my waxologist MADISON came and greeted me with the biggest smile on her face. I just want to say that first impression is the best and both ladies made it a great experience for me. Their customer service is top tier. I will definitely be returning! Update: My second time here and it was just as pleasant as the first time. MADISON IS THE GOAT🥰
First time ever doing a wax. And Meghan was great, very professional & she made sure I was comfortable and she did my Wife’s wax too. We will definitely be back to this location to see Meghan!
