Yaileen was amazing ! I love my eyebrows good timing and I must say I got me a little good nap in. Came in right after work and she did so well because just that little time of relaxing helped a lot 😊. I’ll be back and I will send others.
Alexia was absolutely amazing from her technique to her professionalism. Which is more than I can say about Rachel. The receptionist is the first point of contact the face for the brand that sets the tone. The one who is supposed to to make you feel welcomed that’s the standard you expect only I received a substandard. Spoke with the manager only for her to try and gaslight me about my experience. I willl be reaching out to corporate about the condescending behavior I encountered upon arrival.
Bianca does a beautiful job, and she creates a calm and relaxed environment.
I’ve had a few different ladies at EWC and Yaileen is hands down, my girl. To be this comfortable around someone looking all in your lady bits is unmatched! Lol… and we literally talk about everything!!
Yaileen was great. Went in, she provided a great service and I was out. Quick, easy and no issues. Will go to her again.
