The Waxer we had booked with last minute had no personality. She acted as if it was a bother for us to even be there. She waxed my teenage daughter and only started talking at the end of the service. It was really awkward. She never really “greeted” us or even told us her name. The front desk receptionist however was so kind and polite. I will not book here again.
