"NO PACKAGE UPGRADE AFTER 3RD PASS HAS BEEN USED" "NO REFUNDS AFTER 30 DAYS" "COMPANY DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH" The staff has poor communication and do not know the rules and regulations when it comes to selling their wax passes. I purchased a 12 visit pass for a Brazilian and underarm wax and paid a bit over $500, after the first visit I requested to upgrade my package and I was told I could upgrade to a unlimited pass for only $160 more but for that they needed the manager's approval. They are always professional & the facility is very clean. I refuse the monthly payment plan every time. I like to pay as I go.
Mandy and Sam are both amazing! I did leg and bikini.....fast and painless. The added bonus is that Mandy is so funny and easy to talk and Sam is so sweet and professional that I wanted to find more to wax so I could stay longer.
Today was my first visit to the salon, the Hartsdale location and it was a very pleasant experience. I had been going to the same person for 15 years. Debbie was awesome, she did a great job, very professional and above all makes you feel comfortable. The staff is very friendly and informative. The salon itself is lovely and very clean-so important! I'm a new client. Highly recommend!

I love going to European Wax on Douglas. They are always nice and the wax specialist, Miranda, is so fast that it makes the experience better.
I've been waxed several times here and it's always been fine until my last experience. The waxer ripped skin along with hair and was so fast i didn't know what hit me. I had to seek medical attention afterwards. When i spoke to the lady on the phone about it all she said was "call us If you want to reschedule". Won't be going back here anymore.
Love the European Wax center of Garwood. Heather is awesome, I have been going to her for over 3 years. She makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed.
Went to European Wax Ctr today (Sat.) without an appointment and got in within a half hour. Service was good, staff was polite and knowledgeable. Thanks ladies!
