Had the worst experience ever here. Have been a regular customer due to the ease of booking but due to a traffic jam outside the facility I arrived at exactly 5:39 for a 5:30 appointment. The receptionist said I couldn't come in - although the cancellation policy is 9 minutes and I showed her on my iPhone the time was 5:39, she said she was required to cancel and reschedule. In addition she was extraordinarily rude. So the owner pays her salary as well as the waxer salary while I take my 80 dollars elsewhere. Great policy. W... read more
I always feel so welcome and comfortable at the Calhoun ewc. The staff is warm, energetic and detail oriented. I am always more than satisfied with my wax services and would recommend the Calhoun ewc to anyone.
