TLDR; The employees were not friendly, but the main issue is that my eyebrows were not properly waxed. I left with hair still around my eyebrows that should NOT be there, nor were they shaped or trimmed at all. I walked out looking the same exact way I walked in. Extremely disappointing customer service at the Franklin location. I’ve been a longtime European Wax Center customer and have purchased multiple Wax Passes over the years. I regularly purchase a variety of services from European Wax Center and have consistently invested in the company, so this experience was especially disappointing.
