Dana is amazing. She's very personable, makes the sessions quick and easy, and is always so helpful when determining products to try. The manager, Honey, is also very sweet and has a great personality. They both did everything they could to accommodate when I was having a rough morning and running behind. I'm very grateful for the kind service.
I received a promotional email offering $5 off any service and quickly booked a wax appointment online. With my card on file, the payment process was seamless, and I didn't receive a receipt. Later, when I checked my account, I realized the $5 discount hadn't been applied, despite informing the receptionist about the promotion. Many lessons- don’t leave until you check your receipt. Nevertheless, the service was great, with Dana.⭐️
