I had 2 services scheduled. I was running late and arrived 11 minutes after my appointment time and was told my appointment was cancelled after 9 minute grace period (I was 2 minutes over this). offered to pay for both services and just receive one since I was late but they refused and sent me away. Terrible customer service do not recommend!
