As a new mom with a busy work schedule, it had been a few months since my last visit, and I was honestly nervous about coming back. The team was incredibly understanding and flexible, even accommodating me with a last-minute appointment, which meant so much. Always great service at this location. My wax specialist is Nelma and she is absolutely amazing! She is so gentle and very efficient! Always makes my waxes a great experience!
I chose Nelma to do my first brazilian wax and let me just say, i am so happy with my decision. she talked me through it and explained the whole process making my first time calming, less nervous, and most importantly less painful. wonderful experience all around, the front desk lady Nia was so kind too! great place to go!
Tl;dr- Excellent, Kind, Professional, Clean, Friendly staff, Quiet environment. First time customer. Not new to waxing but new to waxing a certain area. I walked in without an appointment and ended up getting lucky as someone had just canceled their appointment for the upcoming time slot. I have been coming to Nelma for five years now and she’s the best !! Always get all the hairs and makes sure I’m comfortable. She’s very fast and makes the wax very smooth for me. Will never switch from her !!
