I absolutely love EWC in Brookhaven! I always have a pleasant experience with every visit at this location. I have been going here since August of 2025 and I would not change anything. Yvonne always makes me feel comfortable and is very informative about after wax care, I greatly appreciate her. If you need a wax go here and preferably book with Yvonne, but I’m sure all the workers there will be good.
This was my first time ever getting waxed and I went to European Wax Center. I was honestly a little nervous walking in, but Kierra made the experience so much better. She was very professional, patient, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. The place was clean, relaxing, and the service was amazing. I really appreciate how safe and respected I felt during my appointment. I will definitely be returning and continuing my services with Kierra. Thank you for such a great first experience!
I had my first waxing experience as a man at European Wax Center and Kierra was amazing. She made me feel very comfortable, safe, and welcomed from the moment the appointment started. She was professional, patient, and explained everything which really helped calm my nerves since it was my first time. Because of her, the experience was much better than I expected. just moved from out of state and i’ve had nothing but amazing experiences at EWCs. there were some misunderstandings that led to a cancellation on my end and the manager, Dana, reached out personally while she was sick to make everything better. great staff that works hard to make you feel comfortable
