Updating my review: I’ve been coming here for over a year, and my experience with this location has been mixed. Most of my visits were good, which is why I continued returning. However, my most recent appointment was very disappointing. I waited more than 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment time and was told there was no estimate for how much longer the wait would be. I love coming here, Tiffany is great & fast!
Tiffany was extremely professional, calming, and informational. I’d imagine waxing can be an awkward experience for some but did not feel that one bit due to her professionalism. As a first timer, I had probably an annoying amount of questions but Tiffany was enthusiastic to answer all questions. Highly recommend.
