Everything is very clean and the receptionists are always pleasant. I also appreciate the reminder calls about an upcoming appointment. At my first appointment I was nervous of course but my wax specialist is awesome. Adrianna made me feel very comfortable from the get go. She’s very knowledgeable about the products they sell and always makes great recommendations! She’s super sweet and always makes sure I’m comfortable. After a few appointments with her I was sold.
