I have never seen such a dirty office for a medical spa. Theres a big language barrier with the stars and that’s totally fine but they’re really rude when you can’t understand them. I’ve had multiple really bad experiences here despite my best efforts to be polite. I think it’s like half an old school weight loss clinic and half a med spa idk. It’s kinda sus. I’d pick somewhere else.

I bought a Groupon for Ipl and when I got to the appointment she told me that because of the color of my skin she couldn't do anything, I told her how I would get my money back and she told me that wasn't her problem because I hadn't bought it from her nothing from her who had bought it from Groupon, she was very rude and if she only specified that the treatments can only be performed on people with pale white skin I wouldn't have this problem, I felt discriminated against because of my skin color
