Very unreliable, they hire mostly kids and they take off whenever they want, and leave you holding the bag. The office has a very hard time finding replacements. They don’t care about servicing you. The office thought it was okay to have a different person come everyday. My husband is paralyzed and requires a lot of help. Most are not train in any health care.
