I have had a caregiver come help me twice a week for about 8 months now, and I have been VERY happy with the help they provide - light housecleaning, as I am permanently fully disabled. The caregiver is kind, and helps me with things that would be very painful for me to try to do by myself. I have had the pleasure of working with Amanda for almost 5 years I believe. Before she came I was seriously considering quitting. The communication in the office was horrendous, due to the communication difference. I never felt appreciated or felt like I was being seen for all my hard work. Amanda noticed, and said Thank you. I have always made myself flexible for all of our clients needs, and in return I get steady hours and support from our wonderful office staff.
