Absolute joke of a company, first two times someone was to start my mom was hospitalized so I understand needing a few days to a week to start someone new when she gets back home. I would call to inform them my mom was home and needed someone, caseworker Irene would tell me she would call the caretaker and “call me right back” only to never call back. This place has many many issues that are swept under the rug very well to remain looking presentable and like they have everything together when they do not. My grandfather has been here for about 6 years and what I observe from my recent visits is unfathomable. From agency caregivers yelling at each other, to seeing the lack of compassion from others, then to find out the person taking care of my grandpa was cheating hours and having him clock out for her so she can go home early.
