Absolute joke of a company, first two times someone was to start my mom was hospitalized so I understand needing a few days to a week to start someone new when she gets back home. I would call to inform them my mom was home and needed someone, caseworker Irene would tell me she would call the caretaker and “call me right back” only to never call back.
