I absolutely love what they did to my hair. Aurora did a great job. The establishment is very clean and relaxing. I will be back!!

I recieved a gift certificate for my birthday from my mother. She was told that the gift certificates were good for 1 year. As I was trying to use the certificate to book a massage I was told that it is no longer valid. It was issued 01/18/19 and trying to book it for today 12/30/19 (clearly within a year). I was told No I can't use it, as well as berated for waiting on using it. Donna is who I spoke with and I've never dealt with someone so unprofessional. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.
