I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Viet and the team at European Performance Specialists. I've had my car serviced twice here and both times were great! They are honest and clear in communication, incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and quick. I would recommend EPS to everyone.
From the moment I arrived at European Performance Specialists, I was incredibly impressed by their professionalism and customer service. Viet & Dylan were friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely took the time to investigate the issue. If you own a BMW or another European vehicle in the Springfield area, I highly recommend European Performance Specialists. I will absolutely be taking my X5 back to them in the future. It’s incredibly reassuring to know there’s a shop I can trust to give me an honest answer.
I highly recommend European Performance Specialists! I’ve brought my Audi S3 here a couple of times now, and every experience has been excellent. Every single review you read that's 5 stars. Those are his car buddies he knows personally. Read the 1 stars, it will tell you everything you need to know. My car was in the shop for months, never could get an update or return phone call.
I took my two thousand twelve volkswagen jetta there for oil change and to check the air conditioning that wasn't working. They did a full check on the air conditioning replaced the free on.I had to take it back cause it was still not working. And they diagnosed a broken compressor but they didn't charge me for the second diagnosis.I really appreciated that, and I think they do very good work. And very helpful
