When driving from Missouri to Seattle, I noticed a noise on my VW Passat. Stopped in Billings at night, and showed up first thing in the morning to see if they had time to check it out. They immediately got on it and determined that all was OK. Even went so far as to clean yesterday’s bugs off my windshield! Thanks for turning my worry into a great experience!!
I went to European Performance for an oil change and had made an appointment ahead of time. When I arrived, I was told it would take over two hours. Since I had scheduled an appointment, I thought it would be quicker, but it turned out they had assumed I was dropping off the car. Because of that, I left. I broke down in Billings and luckily found European Performance They went above and beyond in getting my car into the schedule quickly and was kept up to date on all aspects of the repairs(which were extensive} They provided detailed info on the vehicle inspection and what each of the repair costs were going to be. I can not recommend the European Performance team enough, skip the dealer and drive your car here.
Had my PCV and Timing Cover replaced on my 18 Golf and they were super helpful!!! Toby was my advisor for both services and was super kind even after all my questions, and the techs have done a really great job cleaning up and making really look professionally done. I’ll definitely be bringing my car there whenever I have an issue and will always recommend them to others. Thank you guys for the phenomenal job, you all rock!!!
These guys are fantastic! I had spotted a leak from the rear differential on my E70 X5d while road tripping across the country and pulled in to their shop without even giving them a heads up. They helped me out immediately with a quick inspection and were able to send me on my way with some advice and confidence for me to make it to my final destination.
