I have to give European Performance and Quinn some major credit and praise! If you’re looking for a mechanic who truly cares about their customers, this is the place to go. I recently took possession of a vehicle and had to drive it over 2,000 miles. Before setting off, I needed to make sure it was safe and roadworthy. Wow, these guys really saved me. I was so stressed about my car and family emergency. I have never been to a better place Quinn the owner ( who i didn't know was the owner at the time) might be one of the nicest, honest most genuine people i have met in the car world. Did everything he possibly could to get me on the road. I am forever grateful. I don't live in Billings, but by far the best shop around.
I very rarely leave reviews, but this is probably some of the best customer service I have ever experienced across all platforms. The way the owner treated me was like he’d known me for years. They communicated every step required to get my car where needed to be. Pricing was fair, and they didn’t run me around. I felt instantly comfortable and trusted what I was told.
Their customer service skills can't be beat. Doesn't matter who you deal with, their always in such a great mood! They do a digital inspection and send it to your email which gives you the opportunity to see all of the issues before they work on your vehicle. It's a very cool tool!!! I highly recommend them for your mechanic needs.
