No joke I didn't read all of the reviews but these guys are awesome and deserve every 5 star review they have. I am from Sheridan and had my audi q5 at a mechanic shop there for over a month. Finally brought it up to European performance. And they fixed it in 3 days. They were very knowledgeable and their communication is great. By far the best shop I have ever been to. The experience I had with European Performance was unbelievable. I’ve never had this level of transparency in a shop like this. I brought my Audi in for an inspection waiting for the likely bad news about my timing chain tensioners, but not only did European Performance literally show me the rattle I was hearing mainly was my flex pipe ( much more affordable repair) but they even stated I didn’t need to replace the flex pipe at this time.
