I have been a customer of European Optical for many years. I recently had a problem with my lenses. Jack was very kind and understanding of my special circumstances. My lenses were replaced very quickly and under warranty. I would like to thank Jack and his team for their professionalism and excellent customer service. I would also like to mention that European Optical has a wonderful doctor and a great selection of frames.

Jack and all the staff are super lovely. I came into this store for the first time looking for a Chanel frame. The front desk staff were super helpful and patient as I tried on over 30 frames to find one I loved. I had my glasses and lenses made super quickly and Jack was kind to stay past open hours so I could come after work to pick it up. The whole experience felt very personable and you could tell they truly care! Definitely will come back for future frames and have recommended to all my friends!
