Jack and all the staff are super lovely. I came into this store for the first time looking for a Chanel frame. The front desk staff were super helpful and patient as I tried on over 30 frames to find one I loved. I had my glasses and lenses made super quickly and Jack was kind to stay past open hours so I could come after work to pick it up. The whole experience felt very personable and you could tell they truly care! Definitely will come back for future frames and have recommended to all my friends!
Came in on a whim looking for a discontinued Prada style I saw online, Jack was able to show me a few options that were similar and looked equally amazing. It took less than a week for the glasses to be ready for pickup. Will definitely return whenever I'm on the hunt for a new pair of high quality glasses!

Jack and everyone At European Optical are great! A great selection of frames at competitive prices, and truly excellent customer care! I've have been getting my glasses here for 30 year.
