I have brought my 2016 Maserati Gran Turismo here several times for both routine service and for a complete overhaul of the brake system that someone else completely messed up. The service is excellent. Russell has always taken great care and time to explain exactly what is being done to the vehicle As well as show me actual damaged parts that need replacing and explain to me what I'm looking at. They go above and beyond in their Customer service. I will definitely keep bringing my car here and recommend them to others.
These guys are thorough and much more reasonable than the BMW dealership. I won't go back to the dealership. European Motorwerks is great!

I was told by another car shop during an inspection that my break pads were worn down too thin and I needed new break pads and rotors. They were quoting me $1,200, which my research showed was dealership prices and I could find a better price at other local Austin car repair shops, so I told them I wanted to shop it around.
