Rude people don't recommend
JC was amazing! We were on vacation and our car unexpectedly was giving us trouble. He was very honest about the timeline and expenses. He was even generous enough to help us get back to our condo: what really could’ve been a terrible vacation was made less stressful because of his kindness and great work to our car!
If you want excellent service from an experienced mechanic this is your place for all your Mercedes needs.
I have 2 BMW a Mercedez and always had a bad experience at major dealerships and independent shops but J C is a true mechanic for a big guy but no worries he has a courterpart a third his size that can get his hands through any crevice JC cant.Alrhough Felix cant speak much english he is very talented but no worries JC does and they both compliment each other very well.Great experience great work Felix and JC.
After calling a few times with no answer I took a chance and took my VW in because Wheaton told my this place would work on my car. The only guy working didn’t speak English and had to call someone else on his phone for me to talk to who told me they’ve never worked on Volkswagen cars and couldn’t help me. I’m sure they’re great but maybe should be a little more specific about exactly which cars they work on. Considering even google shows them as a VW mechanic.
