The service manager I worked with was wonderful. Very helpful and professional. Their customer waiting area is one of the nicest I've ever seen

This would be my second time purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I was very disappointed with the service I received. Picked up car & trunk not vacuumed, door pockets were not wiped out (still dirt in them), there were leaves & debris on the by the windshield wipers, there was still trash under the seats and review mirror was not clean. The person I returned it to did not apologize for the error, said nothing other than I can leave the car or call the manager the next day, I chose to leave the car and have them re-do it. I recently took my car here to get a full interior detail. Not only were none of the services completed, but after calling for five consecutive days to reach someone in customer service, I have yet to hear from anyone. In any business, customer service should be #1. If your actual service is going to lack, at least have the common courtesy to follow-up with your customers when they contact you.
