Helped me over the phone with my fuel pump problem. Basically walked me through any possibilities that might've been causing my issue. Ultimately, I was able to figure out my pump was defective without spending a penny. His labor hour rate is expensive, but just from hearing his advice over the phone, it is worth every bit.

I went for a taillight a simple taillight repair and they got the job done. Communication was lacky, but they went the extra mile to pick me up from my house after the job was done (although they hesitated once I was already at my house). The biggest drawback is that I got my check engine light on AFTER I got the repairs done, and when asked if they could take a look they made it seem it was my fault and they couldn't work on my car anymore.
