I popped in without an appointment to get a couple of things looked at on my Mini Cooper, specifically the passenger restraint system and drivetrain malfunction warnings. The team was super kind and swift, and they managed to troubleshoot the issues and clear the codes in just a few minutes. Helped me over the phone with my fuel pump problem. Basically walked me through any possibilities that might've been causing my issue. Ultimately, I was able to figure out my pump was defective without spending a penny. His labor hour rate is expensive, but just from hearing his advice over the phone, it is worth every bit.
