Lou is one of rudest people I have ever met. Absolutely a terrible experience with him. John and the other mechanic are good - could be a good shop with a few changes.
I love the owner, super accommodating. Usually the prices are great and I had a good experience last time I used them. However, the support staff is lacking. The first time I made an appointment here I had to call and leave 3 messages. After my fourth call I FINALLY got someone on the phone (never got a call back). The second time I made an appointment for an oil change, I asked for a quote in advance which was not provided immediately. They said they would call and leave a message with the quote.
