I became a customer when John was managing. I found him to be fair and honest. My car died on me at church and I had my car towed European Motors not knowing John was no longer the manager. Jenna is the new manager and she was compassionate. I was quoted $770 for a starter and $500 for a battery. That amount was for parts and Labor. I ended up having the starter and drive belt tensioner removed and replaced. I paid $675 For labor and $328 For parts. European Motor Cars is honest and fair with their repairs. John is great and very knowledgeable. Prior to John, Amber offered outstanding customer service as well. They have maintained my e36 BMW for years now.
They took such great care of my BMW 745 LI... they were fair honest and most of all make me feel like family. I thought I had a pretty significant problem but it turned out with their expertise it was something so simple and they were honest about it. Honesty is something to cherish especially when it comes to that industry . A true diamond in the rough .
