Booked into the room on the 17th February from a flight in the UK, got the key from reception who was very pleasant and headed to our room , the room had clean sheets and was dated but tidy, opened the bathroom door to a very unpleasant smell of stale urine , reported it straight away to reception and asked them to please inspect the bathroom, they didn’t inspect it and would do anything about it after complaining, reported it to management and was told nothing they could do, very disappointed wouldn’t be booking again and w... read more
Read the fine print (that they don't provide). I cannot recommend this hotel based on my recent stay. A few major issues to be aware of: Misleading Photos: The room was half the size of what was advertised in the booking photos. Hidden Rules: Staff strictly enforce a 10 PM guest curfew that is not disclosed in the Terms & Conditions when you book. It is a frustrating bait-and-switch. We loved this place, anyone old would know this joint as miss mauds, a classic perth icon i reckon. Its not quite its former self, the food bit is no more, but the rooms are nice, location is good, and price not too bad, book it through a wholesaler though, bookings.com or similar, direct booking was stupidly more than we paid, for some obscure reason! All up we would go back no worries at all, staff friendly and we were happy with the stay.
The room was a bit disappointing, but the reception staff and the housekeeping team were incredibly kind and welcoming 👍 (I’ll never forget the kindness of the reception staff who lent me a kettle 😃) 객실은 조금 아쉬웠지만, 리셉션 직원분들과 하우스키퍼 분들 모두 정말 친절하셨습니다 👍
All staffs in this hotel are very nice and very great service.
