I was upgraded from standard single to queen room upon check in - a pleasant and welcome surprise. The hotel was very clean and tidy. The staff were all very attentive and friendly. The location is very central.

Perfect place in Perth. Staff are very nice and welcoming. Room is very comfortable. Location is very much within walking distance to key places in the CBD. We will definitely stay here the next time my wife and I are in Perth.
After reading some recent reviews I wasn't expecting much from the hotel, but had picked it as being reasonably priced and in a central location just around the corner from the Liberty Theatre where I was going to see a music act. So I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived to find a very clean and spacious room, with crisp white bedding and a really comfy bed.
