They are ok. I think it's best to know your car when living in Hawaii so when you go to some places like this, you can filter the BS. I brought it in for a problem and it wasn't fixed they charged $600 and said they will call me back after investigating the issue. Update. This shop called back and scheduled a time for me to bring my vehicle in. They worked on my vehicle, without charging me. It's running great now. Be patient with this shop, they will take care of your car.

I had check engine light on and it was because my ignition coil was malfunctioning. Ted and John is very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to european cars. When your Mercedes/BMW/Audi is having an issue, look no further than these guys. They know what they are doing. 100/10 recommended
John and Ted are honest and amazing mechanics. Wonderful customer service every time. Service charge is reasonable. Best on island!I would recommend them to everyone !
