Ciro is more than a floor refinisher. He’s an “old world” craftsman that surpasses expectations and men like him don’t come along often. He finished our oak floors to perfection. He and his team were neat and thorough. This Is our second property that he has worked on for us. If we had a third, we would not hesitate to welcome us into our home again.
Ciro refinished my floors and within 6 months there were spots of completely worn poly. Would not answer calls or texts. I’m gonna have to have them done again before worn spots are down to the wood. BEWARE ! DO NOT HAVE THIS PERSON DO YOUR FLOORS. There are so many others in the area.
Attention to detail and provided excellent customer service. Will use again.
