I’ve had a few not so great experience but the last one gets the crown. As soon as I sat on the chair, the hair stylist (Marie-Chantal) asked me if I could order a uber for her son which was very weird considering we don’t know each other other than the 4-5x she’s cut my hair. Before I could do it, her boss came out from the back and she went to ask her instead but left for about 5 min. Wow! This was a great experience. Marie Chantal was simply amazing! I rarely leave reviews but I just had to let everyone know how great my hair is! I’ve never been here before but I think I found my new salon. Excellent care on the colour, toner and cut of my hair. Getting highlights done on my hair takes a lot time and patience. Great communication and conversation! Thank you! 🥰
do not go to Marie-Chantal! she won’t listen to what you want and she is rude!!! she refused to look pictures of layers that I wanted claiming she knew what layers look like. clearly not because I specified long layers and she cut them extremely short. she did NOT confirm the length of ANYTHING. she was also rushing because she wanted to eat. never coming back.
