If I could give zero stars I would. I called two years ago to get on the waitlist for a massage and they never got back to me. I called multiple times after that and no one has ever given me a call back.

I went to get my bikini waxed and she told me not to be worried if it felt like it was burning. And after I had a HUGE burn mark that stayed for 2 weeks and it was awful. So… don’t recommend
Scheduled the Japanese Facelift Massage and was very disappointed. The time slot is an hour however I was only in the room for about 40 minutes. Even worse, the massage is actually only 20 minutes and then you are left to “relax” for 20 minutes. The price also differed from the price when I booked by about $10, not a big deal, but thought it was unprofessional. Waste of money and will not be back.
