great prices and quality merchandise – The best place to buy quality, elegant, beautiful furniture with a past. Each piece is unique and tells a story... Highly recommended.
Finally! A friendly antique shop – I found the staff fantastic. They were willing to help me find what I needed and stay within my budget. I felt like they really listened and helped me solve my decorating dilemma. Quality (and real) antiques at a great price with amazing service. I couldn't ask for more.
I visited this shop after reading they won "Best of Boston" last year. It is the best Antique Shop I have ever been to. The owner travels over to England and buys amazing antique country pine and original paint furniture as well as unique accessories. I bought an Antique English Line Press to hide my TV in(they altered the back so it would fit- no charge) and a beautiful French Farm Table. They are direct importers so the prices are great. Check this place out!
FIND this SHOP! – This wonderful shop is located between Harvard Square and Fresh Pond Parkway. Check out the website to get directions. I found out about the shop after seeing it highlighted on a recent "New Yankee Workshop" show with Norm Abrams. The Best Antiques Around – I love shopping at this shop. I've decorated most of my 7 room home with Ed's great pieces, including two armoires, a couple of trunks and a great big coffee table! I highly recommend going there right after a container arrives to get the best of what's just here from Europe. Ed sends out postcards to a mailing list so you can be informed whenever a new shipment is in.
Great Finds – I could spend hours in this store! Especially right after they have gotten in a shippment. If you go, don't forget to look out in the barn and downstairs!
