Have never been a fan of body shops until I just experienced these guys! Extremely responsive, extremely professional and don't over promise and under deliver like most others in their industry! Thank you for helping fix my Rivian and making it look/feel like it is brand spanking new again!
If anyone is located in the Bay Area, I was debating between Carstar Chilton Auto Body, B&S Hacienda and European Collision Center (all Rivian certified collision centers), and ended up picking European Collision center. Ivan who is part of the team that handles all things Rivian absolutely killed it. This is the 2nd time I have been to European Collision Center and the 2nd time I have worked with Leo. Leo is the best, super nice guy. Thorough with the paperwork, timely follow-up, and available for questions. The shop is top notch-my car is absolutely beautiful and they got they delivered when they said they would.
