Unfortunately I was rear ended and had to get my bumper and trunk fixed. Ivan was great and made everything from the insurance and car rental and more importantly the body and paint work on my Mercedes very seamless and easy. He was helpful and efficient. My car looks great. Would definitely recommend taking your car here if it needs any body work based on my experience.
Highly recommend European Collision Center! They did an absolutely phenomenal job repairing my 2023 Audi Q7. I had some scratches, minor body damage, and an issue with the backside camera sensor. They handled everything flawlessly and returned the car looking brand new. Beyond the excellent quality of work, their pricing was incredibly reasonable. Had a Porsche repaired here after getting sideswiped on the street in San Francisco. The first body shop it was towed to gave an absolutely outrageous quote, and insurance had it towed to European Collision upon consultation with Porsche I believe. Incredible service - totally communicative, emailing and texting updates multiple times a week, you can track the progress of your car online. Superb. Shout out to Ken for killer service. There are body shops and then there is European Collision Center. As an extremely particular Porsche owner and enthusiast, as well as a member of Rennlist, when it comes to my Cayenne Diesel, I am as picky as they get, and notice things on a car that very few others would ever find or see. I live in Folsom, California now, but have lived in San Francisco most of my adult life. I have trusted European Collision for many years for their quality of work, that I drove the 2 hours to drop off my car at their new Shaw Road location to handle my vehicle repair.
