Phenomenal experience with European Collision Center. I have an older car that parts are either difficult to find or don’t exist anymore and they went out of their way to source and even design and create new parts so that everything could be put back to perfect. The level of detail and care they put in was extremely appreciated and they’re true enthusiasts. Highly recommend!!
Following a referral from Porsche Burlingame, we had a great experience with European Collision Center South San Francisco. The team was professional, welcoming, and transparent from start to finish. Special recognition to front-end service consultant Mattis, who handled everything seamlessly—scheduling the appointment, greeting us on arrival, managing the process in person, and wrapping everything up efficiently. European Collision Center did an absolutely fantastic job on my car, restoring it to showroom condition. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Eric was phenomenal - he kept me updated and communicated every step of the way, so I never had to wonder what was going on. Matheus performed the quality check on my vehicle ensuring it passed inspection before I picked it up. If you want top-tier craftsmanship and people who genuinely care about their customers, come see Eric, Matheus & team at ECC!
It was a pleasure working with Eric at the European Collision Center! He is very thorough and provided detailed updates on our car repair every step along the way. From start to finish, from car rental to working with our insurance, Eric is a 5-star professional! He made the process smooth and seamless! Our car looked amazing when we picked it up:)
Angie and the team at European Collision Center consistently do top-notch work! They’ve taken great care of my “baby” over the years and never disappoint. They’re friendly, professional, reasonably priced, and my car always comes out looking beautiful. ECC is a trusted body shop that truly takes care of its customers. I’m incredibly grateful for all you do, my car always looks brand new when I leave. Way to go, Angie and team!
