Unfortunately I was rear ended and had to get my bumper and trunk fixed. Ivan was great and made everything from the insurance and car rental and more importantly the body and paint work on my Mercedes very seamless and easy. He was helpful and efficient. My car looks great. Would definitely recommend taking your car here if it needs any body work based on my experience.
My car was hit in a parking lot and I was searching for a good body shop to make the repairs. I told the insurance company that I wanted a Mercedes Certified Repair Facility for the body repairs. They recommended European Collision. I was not disappointed. They did a wonderful job repairing my Mercedes AMG. Before they returned my car they detailed it inside and out. It came out looking Showroom beautiful ! Thank you European Collision, great job 👍👍👍
Amazing experience! Everything was quick and easy. Ivan who helped me was very communicative throughout the whole process, keeping me updated on my vehicle. The work was done really well, and my car looks good as new. Highly recommend!
I would give ZERO stars if I could… Zero communication, zero quality control. Had my 2016 Mercedes GLE 63s AMG over two weeks and when we went to pick it up, fender trim was hanging off, they dry buffed a section to blend it with the painted section resulting in scratches and swirl marks, adhesive was everywhere.
